The City of Football had once had a lot of talented football professionals and brilliant football stars. However, in the process of social and economical transi-tion, the development of the City of Football has fallen into such dilemmas as lacking in human resources, weaken-ing of trained teams, and decreasing of invested funds. It is universally realized by people in Meizhou that the City of Football should be revitalized and its golden reputation should be rebuilt, whereas building nice external envi-ronments and optimizing internal environments for development are the inevitable ways to the revitalization and development of the City of Football.
