Department of Physical Education and Health，Tianjin University of Sports，Tianjin 300381，China） Abstract: The modern corporate system in the organizational structure, the profit sharing system in financial man-agement, the player “salary cap” salary restricting policy in human resource management, as well as the professional sports main body interest coordination system in the league system, are major successful experiences in the devel-opment of professional sports in North America. At the present stage, professional sports in China cannot be devel-oped exactly according to the practices of professional sports in North America, but should subject to local remod-eling according to the current development situation of and objective survival environment for professional sports in China.
