新课程标准实施与体育教师角色的重新定位

| （扬州大学 体育学院，江苏 扬州 225002） 摘要：以《体育与健康课程标准》指导思想为依据，指出目前中小学体育教师的角色错位是将体育教师简单地定位在体育知识、技术和技能的施予者，体育教学过程的控制者，课程的执行者。提出《体育与健康课程标准》的实施要求体育教师角色应定位在促进学生全面发展的教育者，体育与健康课程的开发者和设计者，学生体育学习的引导者、合作者和促进者，终身学习者。 关键词：体育与健康课程标准； 体育教师； 角色定位 中图分类号：G807.01 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116(2004)05-0096-03 |

New curriculum standards and the role of teachers of physical edu cation relocating

Abstract: This paper is based on the thought and principle of ne w《Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards》.It discusses such probl ems in school PE teachers' performing new curriculum standards as teacher who is a giver of knowledge and teleology in physical education,a controller of teachi ng process in physical education,and a executive of the curriculum.In this way,t he implantation of new curriculum standards requires such the school PE teachers to reorientation themselves in common practice as educators in promoting all de velopment of student,designer and developer in curriculum,guider of student in s tudying PE as well as studier in life long.
