摘      要：运用教育公平与教育效率相关理论，对体教结合中的教育公平缺失和教育效率低下等问题进行分析，提出回归体教结合过程中教育的主体地位，明确体教结合的终极目的是育人，强化教育行政部门和学校在体教结合中的责任等建议。

Abstract: Applying educational equity and educational efficiency related theory, analyzed the educational equity lack and the poor quality of educational efficiency in the context of combination of education and sport. It put for-ward that education must return the main body of combination of education and sport; the ultimate aim of combina-tion of education and sport is educate people; strengthen the responsibility of ministry of education and school, etc.
