Such a mode plays an important inspiration role in the cultural education for teenage ath-letes in China which is restricted by misunderstandings and the lack of systems. For solving problems in the cultural education for teenage athletes in China, the precondition is to fully understand the importance of the cultural educa-tion for teenage athletes, the assurance is to speed up the completion of legal systems for the cultural education for teenage athletes, and the foundation is to enhance the effectiveness of the cultural education for teenage athletes.
