Legal foundation of sports insurance for schools in Japan

Abstract: On the basis of dividing the legal foundation of sports insurance for schools in Japan into three types of laws,namely, general law,school law and physical education law,the author systematically introduced Japanese correlative laws for handling sports injury claim and insurance, providing a reference for perfecting the construction of the legal system for physical education in schools in our country, and for the laws and regulations of sports insurance for schools.
