| （School of Physical Education，South China University of Technology，Guangzhou 510641，China） Abstract: The “integration of sports training, scientific research, medical service and team management” is the fur-ther development and perfection of the “integration of sports training, scientific research and medical service”, the organic combination of sports training with scientific research, medical service and team management assurance and control systems, and the inevitable trend of development of competitive sports in the world today. The “integrated” training mode forms a new structure for scientific training assurance and control systems, in which training is the subject, coaches are the guides, scientific research is the priority, medical service is the supervision, and team lead-ers are the leaders. This mode has effectively boosted the enhancement of the performance of competitive sports. By combining cases of the practice of innovation conducted by Guangdong Provincial Institute of Sports Technology, the authors made an in-depth systematic study of the “integration of sports training, scientific research, medical ser-vice and team management”, and further perfected its theoretical connotations and practical systems, so as to realize the “1+1+1+1﹥4” effect ultimately.
