(1.School of Physical Education & Health,East China Normal University,Shanghai 200241,China;2.School of Sports and Engineering,East China University of Science and Technology,Shanghai 200237,China) Abstract: The authors gave a brief introduction to the SPARK curriculum popular in the United States today, further analyzed the training of teachers for the SPARK curriculum, and revealed the following findings: commercialized training organization and mode, professional trainers, comprehensive and level specific training objectives, con-tinuous training time, diversified training methods and strategies, as well as developing training performance evaluation, are the characteristics of the training of teachers for the SPARK curriculum.
