摘      要：《奥林匹克宣言》原本是顾拜旦于1892年11月在巴黎索邦大学的一次演讲，但讲稿遗失很久，在1994年才被发现，后世称为《奥林匹克宣言》。这是一篇非常重要的奥林匹克历史文献。顾拜旦分析了当时的世界，特别是欧洲体育发展的状况和趋势，首先提出恢复奥林匹克运动会的创议。研究从《宣言》产生背景、内容、意义3个方面进行了解读。

Abstract: The Olympic manifesto was originally a speech given by Pierre de Coubertin at the University of Sor-bonne in Paris in November 1892, but the speech script was lost for a long time, found until 1994, called as the Olympic manifesto later. It is a very important piece of literature in the history of Olympics. Pierre de Coubertin analyzed the world at that time, especially the state and trend of sports development in Europe, and proposed to re-sume the Olympic Games for the first time. The author interpreted the Manifesto in such 3 aspects as the production background, contents and meanings of the Manifesto.
