摘      要：在提出了学校需要“观照生活”的观点后，“如何观照”、“观照什么”就成为了需要探讨和解决的话题。研究认为：学校体育可以从生活的个体性、连续性、现实性、开放性和自由性5个方面予以把握，贯彻到其发展与变革之中。

Abstract: After the view of school physical education needing to “focus on life” was put forward, “how to focus” and “what to focus” became topics to be explored and settled. Via studying the author concluded that school physi-cal education can get hold of such topics in such 5 aspects as the individual, continuous, realistic, open and free characteristics of life, and implement them in its development and transition.
