摘      要：“体企合作”是在我国经济转型下体育和企业寻求的一种发展战略和管理运作新模式，我国体企合作面临法律制度不健全、资金管理不规范、长效合作难以实现等问题，提出了加强法律保障、转变政府职能、完善中介组织、建立长效合作机制等拓展我国体企合作的路径。

Abstract: “Sports enterprise cooperation” is a strategy for development and a new mode of management and opera-tion sought for under the economic transformation of China. “Sports enterprise cooperation” in China faces such problems as uncompleted legal systems, not standardized fund management, and difficulty to realize long term co-operation. The authors put forward ways for expanding sports enterprise cooperation in China, such as reinforce le-gal assurance, transform governmental functions, perfect agency organizations, establish a long term cooperation system, etc.
