摘      要：全运会是我国水平最高的综合性运动会，是各地区展示体育实力的舞台，但是全运会出现很多怪现象，如“东道主效应”显著、全运会竞技成绩超出同期奥运会成绩等。从项目设置、竞赛模式、成绩考核等方面对全运会的发展提出建议。

Abstract: The National Games is a comprehensive sports gathering at the highest level in China, a major stage for various regions to show their sports strengths, but always accompanied by a lot of strange phenomena, such as sig-nificant “host effect”, competitive performances in the National Games exceeding performances in the Olympic Games in the same period, and such. The author put forward suggestions for the development of the National Games in terms of event setup, competition mode, performance evaluation, etc.
