| （Physical Education Institute &The Research Center of Fundamental Courses in Education，Shaanxi Normal University，Xi’an 710062，China） Abstract: Main causes for insufficient promotion of “Sunny Sports” are as follows: influence of traditional cultural conceptions, missing of sports cultural foundations, insufficient mobilization of “National Sports”, etc. The author put forward the following measures: further strengthen macroscopic regulation and microscopic implementation; build school-based cultural features of “Sunny Sports” by basing the breakthrough on campus sports culture con-struction; integrate forces at grass roots to strength the fusion of sports with other disciplines, thus effectively pro-moting the development of “Sunny Sports”.
