摘      要：国际体育法正在形成和发展之中，国际体育的发展是国际体育法产生的基础，19世纪末国际体育组织的出现，尤其是国际奥委会的建立，极大地推动了国际体育法的发展。国际体育法的渊源是指国际体育法规范的存在及其表现形式，国际体育法的渊源与国际法的渊源相比，既有同一性，又有特殊性，国际条约、国际习惯和一般法律原则是国际法的传统渊源，但随着国际体育的发展，尤其是过去30年国际体育运动商业化和社会化的蓬勃发展，国际体育纠纷与诉讼不断涌现，司法判例和体育软法正在成为国际体育法的渊源之一，并比在国际法的其他领域发挥着更大的作用。

Abstract: International sport law is being formed and developed, international sport development is generated based international sport law.The late 19th century the emergence of international sport organizations, especially the establishment of the International Olympic Committee, greatly promoted the international sport law development. Sources of international sport law is the existence of norms of international sport law and its manifestations, sources of international sport law and sources of international law than to both identity, there are special. International trea-ties, international custom and general principles of law is traditional sources of international law, but with the de-velopment of international sport, international sport disputes and litigation continue to emerge, Sport soft law and Judicial precedents are becoming the sources of the international sport law.
