Abstract: The author carried out a questionnaire survey on 150 lottery vending stations randomly selected from 1462 lottery vending stations in Guangzhou city. The results revealed the following characteristics of soccer lottery players in Guangzhou city: Characteristics of basic constitution such as gender, age, educational background, occupation, income and the intensity of soccer lottery liking, characteristics of consuming attitude such as consuming psychology, consuming orientation and consuming motive, and characteristics of consuming behaviors such as the time, location, manner and level of consumption of lottery buying,so as to increase the number of lottery players and the sales volume of lottery.
