摘      要：运用核心竞争力理论，基于竞争力、竞争优势、核心竞争力定义，依据前人对核心竞争力理论的理解，对中国竞技体育核心竞争力定义进行了研究。在其定义基础上，对其动力层竞争力、支撑层竞争力和环境层竞争力的组成部分进行了剖析。最后，结合竞技体育的本质属性，对中国竞技体育核心竞争力所表现出来的多元延展性、价值超越性、效应持久性、路径依赖性、无可替代性、动力性、集合性、动态调整性等特征进行了阐述。

Abstract: By applying core competence theories, based on the definitions of competence, competitive advantage and core competence, and according to previous researchers’ understandings of core competence, the authors studied the definition of the core competence of competitive sports in China. Based on its definition, the authors dissected the con-stituent parts of its power layer competence, supporting layer competence and environment layer competence. Lastly, by referring to the essential attributes of competitive sports, the authors expatiated on characteristics shown by the core competence of competitive sports in China, such as multidimensional extensibility, value transcendency, effect durabil-ity, path dependency, irreplaceability, power property, collectivity, dynamic adjustability etc.
