(Physical Education Teaching Group,Jiangsu Province Suining Senior High School,Xuzhou 221200,China) Abstract: Concept chaos or mix-up not only hinders academic communication, but also tends to cause directive errors. The difficulty to fit the understanding of concepts in terms of theory into the understanding of concepts in terms of practice is exactly the confusion of curriculum implementers. Why to teach, what to teach, to teach with what, how to teach, what differences and connections are there between curriculum contents and teaching contents, between teaching contents and textbooks, and between textbooks and teaching methods, are fundamental issues for schools to compile school-based curriculums, and for physical education teachers to re-understand physical education and health teaching. Past knowledge and current knowledge, theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge, innovative knowledge and universal knowledge, can communicate with each other only when they are brought together.
