| （1.School of Physical Education，Zhejiang Normal University，Jinhua 321004，China；2.School of Physical Education，Harbin Normal University，Harbin 150080，China） Abstract: On the basis of analyzing sports technique teaching principles described in various textbooks, the authors contemplated sports technique teaching principles: sports technique teaching principles should be established ac-cording to people’s sport learning characteristics and sport learning formation stages, by comprehensively referring to learning theories existing at home and abroad: at the first stage of sports technique formation, there are mainly the theory of humanistic meaningful learning, the theory of observation and learning; at the second stage of sports tech-nique formation, there are mainly the theory of conditioned reflex, the theory of extrinsic intensified learning, the theory of observation and learning; at the third stage of sports technique formation, there is mainly the theory of in-sight learning.
