| （School of Physical Education，Three Gorges University，Yichang 443002，China） Abstract: Through the practical activities of teaching reform done by College of Physical Education of Three Gorges University to boost the blending of business starting education into specialized education, and by taking measures such as “change conceptions to cultivate sports spirit, innovate teaching methods and management modes, build multilevel platforms for business starting practice, implement ‘dual quality’ cultivation works and reform the specialized course examination evaluation system”, the talent cultivation view of all the teachers and students changed significantly, while the business starting awareness, innovation spirit, abilities and comprehensive qualities of the students were constantly enhanced and improved.
