摘      要：对《现代足球竞赛规则演变及尽快修改的必要性和思路》中提出的问题与作者商榷，对该文将“现行裁判规则违背公平竞赛的原则”与“裁判规则在判罚中存在的争议焦点”作为规则修改必要性的立论基点，以及引入“鹰眼”、“净时间”、“双裁判”等的思路提出质疑。通过对规则本质特征和演变机制的梳理，认为规则修改不能以科技取代人，不能忽视足球“基因”，应遵循规则理念，彰显足球“个性”，并对规则修改的未来趋势提出建议。

Abstract: The authors discussed with the author about issues raised in The evolution of modern football competi-tion rules as well as the necessity of and ideas for their revision as soon as possible, questioned the author’s ideas to use “existing referee rules violated the principle of fair competition” and “referee rules were controversial in pen-alty” as the fundamental grounds for arguing the necessity of rule revision as well as to introduce “eagle eye”, “net time” and “twin referee” etc. By analyzing the substantive characteristics of the rules and their evolution mecha-nism, the authors put forward the following opinions: “science” should not replace “human” in rule revision; foot-ball “genes” should not be ignored; rule conceptions should be followed; football “personalities” should be high-lighted, and made suggestions for the future trend of rule revision.
