| (1.Jilin Institute of Physical Education，Changchun 130022，China 2.Department of Physical Education，Changji College，Changji 831100，China；3.School of Physical Education，Shandong University，Jinan 250061，China) Abstract: Based on theoretical achievements made in the connotation and functioning mechanism of the public ser-vice voucher system, the authors probed into the running feasibility of the national fitness public service voucher system, and therefore put forward the following opinions: for the voucher system based supply of national fitness public service, we should establish a complete voucher system running mechanism, specify voucher system running objectives, do a good job in voucher system popularization, rationally certify consumer and producer qualifications, scientifically design the nominal values, issuance and exchange of fitness vouchers, and toughen the examination and supervision of voucher system running.
