摘      要：从历史学和社会学角度，对宋代蹴鞠文化的发展进行考究和分析，结果表明宋代蹴鞠延续汉唐的发展，并形成了宫廷主导，民间文化为主要构成的宋代蹴鞠文化，特别是在社会稳定、经济繁荣、文化思潮踊跃的历史背景下，出现特有的蹴鞠组织。与此同时，人们对蹴鞠文化的理解和思想观念的改变也发生了较大的变化，不仅融合了道家思想和儒家思想，而且也继承了“仁、义、礼、智、信”的道德规范。这种文化取向值得现代体育人去研究、继承和发扬。

Abstract: From the perspectives of history and sociology, the author studied and analyzed the development of Cuju cul-ture in the Song dynasty, and revealed the following findings: Cuju in the Song dynasty extended the development of the Han and Tang dynasties, and formed Cuju culture in the Song dynasty which was guided by the imperial authority and mainly composed of folk culture; especially, a Cuju organization exclusive in the history of Cuju development was estab-lished under the background of social stability, economic prosperity and cultural brainstorm; in the meaning time, people’s understanding and perception about Cuju culture had changed significantly, they not only blended Taoist and Confucian thoughts, but also inherited such moral standards as “being kind, righteous, polite, smart and trustworthy”; such a cultural orientation is worthy of being studied, inherited and promoted by modern sports professionals.
