Teaching control in the option system for physical education in colleges and universities

Abstract: The optimization of teaching process of physical education is to optimize teaching control, which is an important assurance for physical education teacher to fulfill teaching objectives within their capability. On the basis of describing the current situation of teaching control, the authors analyzed the problems of teaching control which would incur in the option system for the new curricula of physical education in colleges and universities, and hence brought forward the manner and method to develop and optimize teaching control, so that physical education teachers would better adapt themselves to and boost the development of option system for the new curricula of physical education in colleges and universities.
