摘      要：创新青少年体质健康促进管理模式、完善管理机制、改进管理工作方式和方法，是提高青少年健康促进工作效率和有效解决青少年体质下降问题的重要途径。依据管理学、健康促进等理论界定了青少年体质健康促进相关概念，在此基础上，建立了直线型组织和专家领衔项目管理相结合的矩阵制体质健康促进管理组织结构，设计了直线和参谋权力运行机制，并应用于江苏省青少年体质健康促进的管理工作实践中。

Abstract: Innovating the teenager physical health promotion management mode, perfecting the management mecha-nism, and improving management manners and methods, are important ways to enhance teenager health promotion working efficiency and to effectively solve the problem of teenager fitness deterioration. The authors defined teenager physical health promotion related concepts based on management science and health promotion theories, and then in-novatively established a matrix type physical health promotion management organization structure that combines linear organization with expert led project management, designed a linear and advisor authority operating mechanism, and applied it to the working practice of teenager physical health promotion management in Jiangsu province.
