摘      要：通过对华南师范大学增城学院2010级和2011级乒乓球选项班各1年的水平分组、阶段划分和在各阶段自始至终以竞赛教学为主要模式的乒乓球选项教学实验，发现应用竞赛教学模式教学，能有效地调动教师教学和学生学习的主体性，促进学生知识、技能的掌握和综合能力的发展以及道德情感的培养，显著地提高乒乓球教学的效果。

Abstract: Through an elective table tennis teaching experiment in which competition teaching was implemented as the primary mode throughout various stages divided according to the levels of students in elective table tennis classes 2010 and 2011 of Zengcheng College of South China Normal University, the authors found that applying teaching under competition teaching mode can effectively promote the subjectivity of teacher teaching and student learning, boost the development of students’ knowledge, skills and comprehensive abilities and the cultivation of their moral feelings, and significantly improve table tennis teaching effect.
