| （Department of Physical Education，Xinxiang Institute，Xinxiang 453003，china) Abstract: It has caught extensive attention to strengthen health education for primary and middle school students: from the Compulsory Education: Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards emphasizing physical and mental health and safety education contents, to the High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards listing health edu-cation as a major series of contents, and to the Primary and Middle School Student Health Education Guidance Outline putting forward specific objectives and content systems of health education, and so on, all of these indicate that health education is an important content in current curriculum reform. However, the specific implementation of health education is facing many dilemmas, such as the lack of specialized teachers, insufficient course opening, textbook shortage etc. The author studied how to integrate physical education classroom teaching with health education, and put forward some spe-cific measures in terms of content determination, objective setup, education manner selection etc.
