江苏省体育教练员对岗位培训内容的需求

Research on demands of vocational training for Jiangsu coaches

Abstract: By methods of questionnaire,interview,literature,etc.,we investigated the conditions and demands of vocational training for coaches of Jiangsu Province.We concluded that,in Jiangsu Province,coaches express comparatively high recognition and subjective demands on vocational training,which concerns to five categories: special physical training methods,movement bioscience,sports management,kinetic psychology and basic skills.Meanwhile,an outline on vocational training for coaches was drawn up;some training materials were written out;some proposals have been put forward to explore a more effective teaching mode on vocational training.
