摘      要：体育智库是一种专门为体育公共政策和公共决策服务，开展体育公共政策和公共决策研究和咨询的组织。体育智库的产生既是社会分工精细化和决策科学化和民主化的结果，更是体育治理体系和治理能力现代化的需要。加强体育智库建设有利于体育治理体系和治理能力现代化，有利于深化体育领域综合改革，有利于实现体育科学发展。

Abstract: Sports think bank is an organization that servers sports public policies and public decisions dedicatedly and develops sports public policy and public decision research and consultation. The production of sports think bank is the result of social labor division refinement and decision scientification and democratization, and also the need of sports governance system and governance capacity modernization. Strengthening sports think bank construction is conducive to sports governance system and governance capacity modernization, deepening comprehensive reform of the sport area, and realizing sports science development.
