摘      要：首先分析了中国武术产生“面子意识”的根源在于“爱面子”心理的民族习性；其次在“面子意识”的驱动下，辩证地论述了中国武术产生“争面子”的行为；进而分析在过度追求“面子”而忽视“里子”的失衡状态下，导致了中国武术发展“死要面子活受罪”的现状；最后提出要“面子”更得要“里子”，“表里共生”才是解决当今中国武术发展的最佳选择。

Abstract: Firstly, the authors analyzed that “face consciousness” produced by Chinese Wushu originated from the national habit of the “face concerning” psychology; secondly, the authors dialectically expatiated on “face fighting” behaviors produced by Chinese Wushu as driven by “face consciousness”; furthermore, the author analyzed that overly pursuing the “face” but neglecting the unbalanced state of the “mind” had resulted in the current situation of “suffering for the face” of the development of Chinese Wushu; lastly, the authors concluded that only the coexis-tence of the “face” and “mind” is the best choice for settling the development of Chinese Wushu today.
