Abstract: Wushu has an extensive mass foundation in China. However, the development of Wushu games is going toward a stage of declination; Wushu games represented by Wushu Masters Association and Wushu Championships showed a mediocre quality, poor enjoyableness, and a low audience attention rate; the development of their intangi-ble assets could hardly be carried out; intangible assets of Wushu games lacked in effective protection measures, the rights of intangible assets of many famous Wushu games were infringed by domestic and foreign enterprises. The authors put forward the following development measures: actively cultivate famous Wushu game brands; build a good environment for Wushu industry development in China; value media promotion work of intangible assets of Wushu games; cultivate a lot of famous Wushu stars; protect intangible assets of Wushu games by taking diversified infringement relief means; etc.
