Abstract:This paper, using the comparision method,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the teachers' quantity, their structure of educational background and of professional and technical posts as well as their age structure in the building of physical-education teaching body at Guangdong regular higher school during the Eighth and Ninth Fiver-year plan.
