Abstract: Based on information publicized by sports administration departments, acquired by means of accidental sampling survey, the author concluded that currently some sports administration departments had problems such as key task fragmenting and passively delaying in the deployment of sports reform. Key task fragmenting refers to that relative to Decision about Several Major Issues in Comprehensively Deepened Reform issued by the Party Central Committee and the two overall deployment sports reform documents issued by former State Sports Committee, General Administration of Sport of China had not issued any overall deployment sports reform document yet, while the existing sports reform deployment contents were relatively scattered, lacking in comprehensive, systematized and thorough planning. Passive delaying refers to that relative to the reform deployment of General Administration of Sport of China, some local sports administration departments had such problems as deployment time delaying, slow action as well as few and untrue deployment contents during deploying sports reform.
