(Guangzhou Zengcheng Middle School,Guangzhou 511300,China) Abstract: Starting with analyzing problems existing in physical education teaching practice, the author specified the needs of physical education teaching practice, the philosophical thought about “physical experience”, the scientific theory of “embodied cognition”, as well as experience and common sense in “education needs”, established the academic foundation for physical exercise experience in physical education teaching, formed physical exercise experience teaching in which “the teacher uses concepts to control the generation of teaching activities, lets the students have active physical exercise experience and ration-ally evaluate sports skill learning”, and then built a theoretical framework for physical exercise experience oriented physical education teaching, which bases its organizational structure on “teachers’ ways of thinking about physical education teaching, students’ physical education learning motive factors, sports skill learning level classification, etc.”, hence provided a theoretical criterion for “intensifying physical education classes and extracurricular exercise”, implementing Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard, and enhancing physical education teaching quality.
