摘      要：新时期我国竞技体育人才培养应注重生命、生存与生活的教育，只有实现生命价值、具备多专多能的生存本领，才能适应社会竞争；提出“生命教育与技能自觉”结合的竞技体育人才培养思路，主张“生命育人”思想与“技能自觉”理念的融合，付诸于运动员的训练与生活之中，目的是把运动员培养为新时代懂得幸福生活、适应社会、全面发展的应用型人才。

Abstract: The objective is to study a competitive sports talent cultivation mode in China. The authors believed that in the new period athlete cultivation in China should focus on life, survival and living education, and that athletes can adapt to social competition only when they have realized life value and had various survival skills, put forward a “life education and skill consciousness” combined competitive sports talent cultivation mode, and advocated the fu-sion of the ideology of “life education” with the conception of “skill consciousness”, and their application in athlete training and living, so as to cultivate athletes into application type talents who know about happy life, social adap-tion and comprehensive development in the new era.
