(Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics,Nanchang 330013,China) Abstract: Currently there has been a clear conception of legal person governance structure in Chin’s policies for the sports industry, and Chinese football reform and development show an urgent need for establishing a legal person governance structure as well. However, the imperfect legal person system, traditional corporate management system and unsystematic legal person governance conception in the football area in China, have rendered the legal person governance structure of Chinese football facing a series of problems. Therefore, the author put forward the following issues: 1) Does China need a legal person governance structure of clubs, or a legal person governance structure of China football Association, or a legal person governance structure of the entire Chinese football? 2) Does Chinese football need autonomy? Whose autonomy will it be? What kind of autonomy will it be? 3) Does Chinese Football Association need to specify legal person attribute? Should it be defined as the actual legal person of an institution, or the nominal legal person of a corporation? 4) How should China handle the relationships between 4 kinds of legal persons (legal persons of organizations, institutions, corpo-rations and enterprises) which boost Chinese football development? How should China handle the status of the legal per-son of an institution and the legal person of an enterprise when the qualification of Chinese Football Association and Chi-nese Football Council for the legal person of a corporation is highlighted nowadays? 5) What are the all sorts of legal per-son responsibilities, rights and obligations relevant to Chinese football reform and development?
