(Longgang District Teacher Training School,Shenzhen 518172,China) Abstract: The author probed into difficulties in student fitness enhancement in such aspects as policy orientation, ideological conception and supervision system etc. Policy orientation deviation is not conducive to ensuring the au-thenticity of data; it is difficult for the change of people’s cognition and conceptions to directly affect the actual ef-fect of physical health promotion; various contradictions in physical health promotion hinder the effective develop-ment of sports activities; it is difficult to increase the value of physical exercise if the quality of physical education classroom teaching and extracurricular exercise is not improved; inadequate physical health work supervision af-fects the effect of development of sports activities. Therefore, the author put forward the following strategies: strengthen the correct orientation of government policies; guide schools to establish a correct fitness view; control school physical education work quality strictly; guide teachers and students to establish a correct sports view; mobi-lize parents to set a role model physically; guide the establishment of a correct development view.
