| （School of Physical Education，Nanjing Normal University，Nanjing 210023，China) Abstract: In order to further perfect the sports vocational qualification certificate system, and to conform to the new round of deepened reform of the administrative examination and approval system, aiming at major problems existing in the construction of the vocational qualification certificate system in China, and also considering the requirements of current reform for “administration streamlining and power delegating”, the author put forward the following reform proposals for the construction of the sports vocational qualification certificate system in China: intensify the awareness of “administration streamlining and power delegating”, specify government function orientation; implement strategy planning based on the market; seize sports industry development opportunities, set up sports occupations scientifically; perfect legislation, strictly control the certification of occupations in administrative admittance category; boost sports association reform, hand over the power of certification of occupations in performance category.
