Form the new teaching mode to improve the teaching quality

Abstract: This article forms a new mode for the practice teaching of PE paying a good deal of attention to student's participation and development as well as the choice and arrangement of teaching contents in light of the relating education theories and the teaching practice of the author and the investigation,in oder to improve the practice teaching quality of PE and health at middle school.
