(School of Physical Education and Training,Shanghai University of Sport,Shanghai 200438,China) Abstract: The author made a study of the connotation, missing and realization paths of school physical education justice, so as to promote the healthy development of school physical education. In the author’s opinion, school physical education justice reflects the social public’s moral judgment and value conception pursuit with respect to school physical education activities; it is the “virtue” which various parties in physical education activities should follow, also the “bond” to maintain school physical education activities. By analyzing the missing of physical edu-cation justice nowadays, the author put forward that forming a conceptual consensus on school physical education justice, carrying on the “people education” oriented value conception pursuit of school physical education, perfect-ing the system assurance of school physical education justice, altering the relative “disadvantageous” status of school physical education, following the behavior mode of school physical education justice, showing such “ought to be” conditions of school physical education as free, equal and difference respected, are main paths for realizing school physical education justice.
