摘      要：通过中国与欧洲20个体育教育协会成员国课外体育活动的政策特点、组织管理、时间安排等的比较，从中得出如下启示：我国应分清责任主体，切实落实政策，正确认识课外体育活动功能与价值，强化师资配置，探索和形成课外体育活动学校、社区、体育组织联动的模式及运行机制。

Abstract: By comparing the policy characteristics, organization management and time allocation etc regarding ex-tracurricular sports activities in China and 20 physical education association member countries in Europe, the au-thors derived the following inspirations therein: China should clarify the subject of responsibility, implement poli-cies in practice, correctly recognize the functions and values of extracurricular activities, intensify teacher configu-ration, explore and form an extracurricular activity mode and operating mechanism in which schools, communities and sports organizations are interactive.
