摘      要：探析了我国周代射箭教育成功的原因：先进的射箭教育思想、正确的射箭价值观及优良的社会教育环境、完善的射箭教育制度、周全的射箭规则礼仪教育。周代射箭教育给当代学校育人、社会育人、制度构建与执行、文化引领方面诸多启示。

Abstract: The author dissected the following reasons for the success of archery education in the Zhou dynasty of China: an advanced archery education ideology, a correct archery value view and an excellent social education en-vironment, a perfected archery education system, as well as strict and artful archery rule and protocol education. Archery education in the Zhou dynasty brings a lot of inspirations to contemporary student education by school, people education by society, system construction and execution, culture guidance, etc.
