(School of Physical Education,Huanghe Science and Technology College,Zhengzhou 450006,China) Abstract: By introducing the conception of maker education, the author expatiated on the organizational form, characteristics and education value of the sports skill studio, explored the people education mode of the sports skill studio as a talent cultivation practice field, put forward a path for realizing curriculum reform, and provided a new path for cultivating application type sports talents. Studio characteristic maker type education courses are divided into 4 types: experience type courses based on interest cultivation, skill practicing and training courses based on skill cultivation, project type courses based creative thinking, and design (creation) type courses based on personal-ity (culture) cultivation. Promoting curriculum reform by basing the practice field on the studio provides a realiza-tion path for cultivating application type talents who have skills, strong abilities, and innovation capacities.
