摘      要：从制度环境、经费管控、风险管理3个层面探讨香港高校体育社团运行机制，认为香港高校体育社团运行机制对内地高校体育社团有3个方面的启示：一是注重依法治理，建构体育社团管理的法治思维模式；二是注重专业化管理，打造体育社团运作的专业团队；三是注重资源整合，提升体育社团的资源整合能力。

Abstract: The author probed into 3 levels of Hong Kong university sports association running mechanism: institu-tional environment, fund management and risk management, and concluded that Hong Kong university sports asso-ciation running mechanism has inspirations in 3 aspects to university sports associations in mainland China: 1) valuing governance according to law, establishing the rule-by-law thinking mode; 2) valuing professional manage-ment, building professional teams for sports association running; 3) valuing resource integration, enhancing sports associations’ resource integration ability.
