摘      要：为推动公共体育服务标准化建设，提高标准的有效性和可操作性，必须要有健全的保障机制。提出公共体育服务标准化建设的保障机制，包括：加快标准制定、颁布与实施及调整优化体育经费使用结构的政策；推行标准化相关的新法律法规及加强标准化建设过程中监督检查的法制保障；行政组织发挥主导作用及社会组织履行执行者角色的组织保障；打造公共体育服务标准“平台”和“通道”及加大公共体育服务标准化的宣传和推广力度的信息保障；完善标准化人才的教育和培训体系及推动各类标准化人才的互通机制和国际交流的人才保障。

Abstract: In order to promote the public sports standardization work to be actually implemented, and to enhance standard validity and operability, there must be a clear and powerful assurance mechanism to safeguard it. The au-thors put forward that the public sports service standardization construction assurance mechanism includes the fol-lowings: policy assurance that implements public sports service standardization construction; legal assurance that perfects public sports service standardization construction; organization assurance that establishes public sports ser-vice standardization construction; information assurance that explores public sports service standardization con-struction; talent assurance that reinforces public sports service standardization construction.
