| （Longgang District Teacher Training School，Shenzhen 518172，China) Abstract: Aiming at such problems as that currently in student physical health promotion, physical test data acquisition and report were untruthful; physical research had deviations; physical exercise lacked of specific purposes; such 3 links as physical test, physical research and physical exercise were not closely correlative, the author put forward physical test, physical research and physical exercise three in on student physical health promotion strategies, i.e. three in one: physical test points to physical research, physical research puts forward physical exercise, physical exercise returns to physical test, forming a beneficial circulation, jointly promoting student physical health level.
