(1.School of Physical Education,South China Normal University,Guangzhou 510006,China;2.Shenzhen Nanhai School,Shenzhen 518054,China) Abstract: By applying “MOOC + flipped classroom” teaching mode, the authors studied university badminton course, designed the contents of badminton MOOC, and established a new teaching mode that combines badminton MOOC with flipped classroom. This research shows that under the background of the Internet era, regular university physical education reform must walk the path of transformation and upgrading, and put forward higher requirements for physi-cal education teachers’ information technology makings and business abilities. In the mean time, in order to boost physical education teachers’ endogenous power for participating in teaching mode reform and innovation, the schools should innovate on physical education teacher stimulation and evaluation mechanism, perfect campus network learning service platform, and open badminton MOOC to society for sharing after it becomes a high quality education resource.
