高校教师健身状况调查及改善对策

Analysis of exercise factors influencing the teachers' health in universities

Abstract: The author investigated the exercise status of teachers in universities by questionnaire and literature. The fact that only 46.6 percent of teachers exercise usually is not good. The factors influencing their exercises with initiative are the deviation of value view, living style without rule, lack of exercise knowledge and ground. Meanwhile, the countermeasure is proposed.
