(School of Physical Education,South China Normal University,Guangzhou 510006,China) Abstract: Based on social inclusion theories as the foundation, by means of qualitative interview, the authors gained an in-depth insight into the urban work, life and sports participation of new generation female peasant workers, so as to provide a new idea for the issue of their social inclusion from the sports perspective, while presenting the subjec-tive experience of such a female group. The authors found that through sports activity participation, new generation female peasant workers can dissolve urban space isolation from such 4 dimensions as “space”, “network”, “identity” and “image”, expand their urban social network, build an active identity, rewrite group stereotype, and then boost the process of their urban social inclusion in such two aspects as social and cultural psychology.
