(Department of Public Teaching,Xinlian College of Henan Normal University,Zhengzhou 451464,China) Abstract: The phenomenon of sports team interpersonal consumption is caused by team members’ wrong cognition about others’ roles and their own roles, jeopardizing sport team healthy development. Research conclusions: it is inevitable for the phenomenon of interpersonal consumption to happen to sport team internal members in responsi-bility divided cooperation, personal transfer and the dynamically balanced operating mechanism; sports team mem-ber’s professional attainment factor, unsmooth information communication in the management mechanism, uneven resource allocation, improper stimulation measures, and irrational competition mechanisms etc, are main causes for interpersonal consumption; according to the characteristics of sports team interpersonal consumption, interpersonal consumption can be divided into vertical and horizontal interpersonal consumption, dominant and recessive inter-personal consumption, as well as local and global interpersonal consumption. In order to effectively solve the prob-lem of interpersonal consumption, the author proposed to optimize sports team resource configuration, to improve sports team professional attainments, and to establish a sports team cultural atmosphere.
