Study on quality buildup and healthy first

Abstract: Under the guide of quality education， we have already carry through the reform and change the course of physical education to PE and healthy ones. According to this idea, we set the guide thought of healthy first. This article is going to particularly expatiate these two guide ideas, that is, healthy first and quality buildup.
